We hope you've been enjoying these amazing rewards! We're back with another fulfillment update as we approach the finish line for this project.
Wave 2 Complete! – North American Backers
Wave 2 shipments are officially complete! Thank you again for your patience as our team worked hard to get these orders out as quickly as possible. This means that 99% of North American pledges have now been fulfilled, and those 1% are backers who have not yet filled out their BackerKit Survey. If that's you, please fill it out! We won't be able to fulfill these pledges indefinitely, and we don't want you to miss out on receiving your awesome rewards.
Damaged Books / Lost Shipments
We are handling requests for replacement books in the order in which they are received, and so far we have been able to resolve 90% of the inquiries. If you're already in touch with us already about a replacement and have not yet received it, hang tight, we are working toward resolving 100% of the issues.
Final Orders

International Backers - Status Update
Netherlands: You should have received your orders already. If you have still not receive your shipment, please email us at [email protected]and we'll work with our fulfillment partners at Spiral to ensure you receive your rewards!
Australia/New Zealand: Shipping has now begun for your area! You should be receiving your shipments over the course of the next couple of weeks.
Asia: Our fulfillment partners have let us know your orders will begin shipping out mid March and will likely arrive late March / early April. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Hello again! It's been a busy month, and we're back with more updates on the campaign fulfillment!
Wave 1 Complete! – North American Backers
Wave 1 shipments are officially complete! Thank you for your patience as our team worked hard to get these orders out as quickly as possible. That's 8500 pledges sent! If you have any issues with your orders, please email us at [email protected] - understandably with a campaign of this size we have received a large number inquiries this month and have been answering roughly 100 emails per day, so please bear with us - we aim to respond to every email within 2 business days. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
Wave 2 Begins! – North American Backers
With Wave 1 complete, we are now moving on to Wave 2. Shipments will begin early next week and continue throughout the first half of February. For context, Wave 1 consisted of 8500 pledges, whereas wave 2 is roughly 300 pledges, so this should go much faster.
International Backers - Status Update
Netherlands: We know some of you have been asking about your pledge status. Spiral is actively working with local carriers to resolve any issues. You should have received a message from Spiral regarding your shipment. If you have not, please email us at [email protected] and we'll get you connect with Spiral.
Rest of EU/UK: Most pledges should have already arrived. If you haven't received yours yet, please email us at [email protected] and we'll check on your order for you.
Australia/New Zealand: Shipping is expected to begin in February.
Rest of the World: Rewards will begin shipping toward the end of February and continue arriving throughout March.
