Your digital PDFs are now available on Backerkit! You should have received a Backerkit email with a link to receive your rewards!
Please note: Depending on your internet connection, the PDFs may take a few minutes to download.

It’s been a little over 24 hours since we sent the BackerKit survey! For the 60% of you that have completed the survey, THANK YOU!! And for the remaining 40%...get to it, please! This is not just paperwork, it's how we know where to send your stuff!
Complete your BackerKit Survey by August 8th
If you haven't completed your survey, you MUST have it completed by August 8, 2024 or else you will not get your shipment with the first wave. Filling out this survey is VERY important! Tell your friends! Leave no man behind!
If you haven't received your BackerKit survey link via email, FEAR NOT! Please reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible and provide us with either the Kickstarter pledge # or the email address you used to pledge during the campaign and we’ll send you a unique survey link to complete. We’ve missed you! Your feedback during and post campaign has been extremely appreciated! We could not have done this without you! Please read the following update carefully to ensure you are getting your rewards!
BackerKit Surveys coming MONDAY!
We are looking forward to delivering the BackerKit survey very soon! A small number of you will be receiving it today as part of our final test, but most of you will be receiving it on Monday July 22, 2024. If you haven't received your survey by Tuesday, please shoot us an email OR check your kickstarter messages - many of you backed the campaign with an Apple ID rather than an email address, so we will need to update that to send you your survey.
Fulfillment Timeline
We are still expecting to deliver your pledge rewards by December 2024. For international orders, we expect your shipment is slated to arrive early 2025.
BackerKit Surveys - please fill out ASAP!
IMPORTANT: To ensure you are getting these rewards as soon as possible, the deadline to fill out your BackerKit survey will be August 8th, 2024, but please fill it out ASAP!
BackerKit will allow you to:
- Finalize shipping for your pledge rewards
- Change your pledge
- Purchase additional add-ons you may have missed from the campaign!
If you’re a retailer, this is where you will:
- Finalize order quantities
- Finalize shipping for your orders
- Purchase additional add-ons from the campaign
BackerKit Survey Instructions
You will need to complete the 4 sections of the survey listed below to ensure you receive your rewards.
Step 1: When you receive your custom survey link, you will be taken to a page displaying the level you pledged. If you click on the pledge level, you’ll be able to see all the add-ons and stretch goals you received during the campaign. This is also where you will be able to switch your pledge if you choose to do so. WARNING: you will not be able to switch back to your previous pledge level, so take care when exploring that option.
If the information looks good, click on the Get Started Button!
Step 2: Next, you will be taken to additional questions that you must answer. Click on the Next: Add-ons button when you are ready.
Step 3: You will be taken to the add-ons page. This will be your last opportunity to purchase these add-ons before they are gone for good! The add-ons will also incur additional shipping charges. When you’re all set, you will be asked to confirm your order.
Please Note: If you purchased any add-ons during the campaign, those add-ons will automatically be added to your pledge level. You will be asked to confirm those are the correct add-ons
Step 4: Here is where you’ll be asked to confirm your shipping address.
Please note: If you pledged a digital only level, you will not have to worry about this step. The Digital PDFs will be coming this fall. Stay tuned for for more information in the future.
Step 5: This is where you will confirm your order. If you added add-ons to your order, this is where you will finalize your payment.
Important: Your cards will NOT be charged right away. We are planning on charging them on August 10th, but will keep you informed if this changes.

BackerKit Survey
The BackerKit survey will be coming out within the next 2-3 weeks. BackerKit is a different site than Kickstarter so please ensure you're on the look out for our emails coming soon. This is the stage where you will provide your shipping information, upgrade your pledge, and get any additional add-ons you would like to purchase from the campaign before they are completely gone! You MUST fill out your survey to get your stuff!
For Retailers: This is where you will be letting us know that you have a Lunar or Diamond account in good standing, how many of each item you want, finalizing your shipping, and finishing your payment. As retailers you will have access to acquire the add-ons for your customers at the retailer discount + shipping.
We will let you know before we send out the survey. It's extremely important you fill the survey out as soon as possible so we can ensure you are receiving your pledge rewards on time.
Late Pledges
Kickstarter just launched a new feature called "Late Pledges," which allows folks to pledge after the campaign ends at a 10% increased pledge amount. We'll be keeping this feature open until we open up our pledge manager, in case anyone missed the campaign. Tell your friends! But for all official backers, fear not, your base pledge amount is locked in.
