Happy New Year! We're back in the office and excited to provide an update on fulfillment! Apologies for the delay in communication over the holidays, but we are back in action responding to your inquiries and we are THRILLED to see so many of you receiving (and loving) your rewards.

WAVE 1 UPDATE - North American Backers
So far we have shipped over 6500 orders! That's roughly 75% of wave 1.
Our amazing partner, Quartermaster Logistics, anticipates that these shipments will continue to go out throughout the month of January - it's a lot of very heavy boxes! Thank you for your patience as we work to get these out to you. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, or issues with your pledge, please email: [email protected]
Wave 2 Orders - U.S. and North American Backers - on Track for February!
Once Wave 1 orders are fully shipped, Wave 2 orders will begin processing. If you completed your BackerKit survey later than September 27th, you are likely in Wave 2. These orders are expected to start shipping shortly after Wave 1 is complete. We'll provide another update once that has begun. If you have any questions about which wave you are in, please email [email protected]
International Orders
EU/UK: Shipping has begun! You should receive your orders throughout January and into early February.
Australia/New Zealand: Shipping is expected to begin in early February, with orders arriving throughout the month.
Rest of the World: Orders will begin shipping toward the end of February and will continue to arrive during March.

Issue with your order?
Damaged/Missing Items: If you are missing anything from your order, or received an item that is damaged, please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the damaged product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Incomplete Backer Kit Surveys: If you have not filled out your BackerKit survey and need a BackerKit link, please reach out to us at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can ensure you're recieving your order.
We deeply appreciate your support as we fulfill tens of thousands of pledges. Our team is actively responding to emails and working hard to ensure everyone receives their rewards in a timely fashion. Thank you again for your patience and understanding!

Fulfillment + AVS Match Form
North American Backers
Wave 1:
If you submitted your BackerKit survey by September 27, 2024, and live in the U.S., you’re officially part of Wave 1! Your rewards are expected to begin shipping by December 20, 2024.
This weekend, you’ll receive an AVS Match email from our fantastic fulfillment provider, Quartermaster Logistics. This email is your final opportunity to confirm your address is up-to-date. Please complete the form as soon as you receive it to ensure everything is accurate.
Wave 2:
If you submitted your survey after September 27, 2024, or did not receive an AVS Match email, you will be part of Wave 2. Not to worry, your order will ship once Wave 1 is complete. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
Wave 3:
If you recently submitted your survey within the last week, you will be included in Wave 3. Your rewards will ship once Wave 2 is complete.
International Backers
We are still on track to ship your orders out in early 2025. Stay tuned for more information as soon as we get it!

We are back with another update and we wanted to keep you informed!
Address Changes
There is still time to change your address! If you expect your address to change before shipping at the end of the year, let us know, and we'll ensure your rewards reach the correct location. Please email us at [email protected] with the new address and your Backer number so we can ensure your account is up to date.
AVS Confirmation
In a few weeks our fulfillment provider, Quartermaster Logistics, will be sending an email asking to you to verify your address. It will be important for you to confirm the address as soon as possible so we can ensure your shipment arrives on time. This will be the last time you're able to change your address. We will send an update ahead of time letting you know when the AVS will be sent out. Due to the freight forwarder Quatermaster is using, Backers in Asia will not be receiving an AVS confirmation email. If you plan on changing your address, please follow up with us directly at [email protected].
Shipping Update
Due to two major hurricanes and an ongoing port strike on the East Coast, our timeline remains tight. We are counting on the ships to arrive on schedule and assure you that we’ll ship orders as quickly as possible once they do. We’re making every effort to ship the majority of domestic rewards by the end of 2024. International backers can expect their rewards in early 2025. We’ll continue to keep you updated as we approach December and will inform you promptly of any changes.

If you've completed your BackerKit survey and are eligible for PDFs, they’re available in your BackerKit account.
Please Note: Due to file sizes, downloads may take a few minutes. If you’re downloading the PDFs on mobile, you’ll need a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat, iBooks, or Dropbox to read the books!

Address Changes
If you expect your address to change before shipping at the end of the year, let us know, and we'll ensure your rewards reach the correct location. Please email us at [email protected] with the new address and your Backer number so we can ensure your account is up to date.
Shipping Update
As you may or may not know, the world's been a bit crazy lately. With multiple hurricanes and a labor strike on the east coast, and our fulfillment service in Florida at the heart of it all, things have gotten a bit tight. We're still doing everything in our power to ship the majority of domestic rewards by the end of 2024, but our shipping timeline has been effected slightly by these unforeseen events. International backers can expect their rewards in early 2025, and we'll keep you all in the loop as we get closer to December. That said, when get your rewards...we think you'll be quite happy. Check out these final samples we were sent of the Cobra Box Set.
